Registry / census submissions
If you submit a tractor to the census, we store the information you provide (model, serial number, year, condition, region, any notes) and the photos you upload, and we display them on the relevant registry and model pages. Your email address is kept private — it is used only to contact you about your submission and is never published or sold. Your name is shown publicly only if you opt in; submissions are anonymous by default. We store a one-way hash of your IP address (not the address itself) to prevent duplicate and abusive submissions. You may ask us to correct or remove your submission at any time.
