The Twin City 21-32 was built by Minneapolis Steel & Machinery Co. under the Twin City name, approximately 1926–1928, with about 302 built. FE (21-32) engine in a 17-28 chassis. After the 1929 merger that created Minneapolis-Moline, the later Twin City designs were assembled under the MM banner.

The serial ranges below are from Tony Thompson’s compiled Twin City serial record (hosted by the Minneapolis-Moline Collectors Inc.), drawn from factory archives. Use them to date a tractor, and confirm against the machine’s own number. We do not assert horsepower or other specifications here until confirmed against factory literature.
